How do your extension leads travel from your marquee to switchboard? Leads must be raised 2.5m above or if running along the ground, must be covered.*
Detail how you keep your area safe from burns and shock hazards? Food stalls must have 3 sides to their marquee and a floor. You need to display your Food Safety Supervisor and Council Certificate for customers to see. Do you do this?*

YES OR NO If yes, is it gas or electric? did you list it above? Electric oil fryers use a lot of electricity and have wires so we recommend you use gas to fry oil. Cheaper and safer.
