Welcome to Bellingen Community Markets this Saturday and thanks for joining us.
Once again we have a full park of fantastic stalls, good people, delicious food and great music. The closure of Waterfall way and the on and off rain may affect our market, but we will make the most of it, with what we have and enjoy a good day. The park has held up well over the month and is ready for our delightful presence.
We have a cool new band this month called Darkwood. See more information below regarding. Our community group is the Bellingen High School Arts who will be on the gates welcoming all and shaking the bucket, so please give where you can.
To assist you setting up in morning, please ensure you park close to your stall or in it, then unpack and take car out before you return to set up. This will help alleviate traffic congestion. In the afternoon, please pack up before getting your car, so it’s a smooth transition leaving. NO stalls are to enter the park before 6.15am (unless pre-arranged) and NO cars are to be left in the park unless you have a medical certificate. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.
Please also help us keep our beautiful park clean and tidy by taking home your own rubbish and ensuring your site is clean before leaving. The three bunyas in our park have been dropping very big nuts so please stay away from them. Council originally fenced them off but bored bello kids have pulled it down over the month.
All in all, it’s going to be a lovely, busy dry day. Look forward to seeing you soon.

DARKWOOD
Darkwood is a local Bellingen folk fusion band made up of members Hannah Harlen on vocals, guitar and banjo, Gerry Quinn on vocals, harmonica and tin whistle and Bob Barbour on bass. Together they explore tunes of old and new, covering classics, and painting original songs with stories of travel, love and adventure.
Currently working on their first EP Darkwood is looking forward to bringing their unique grassroots sound near and far.
See and hear them on stage from 10am – 2pm

Bellingen High Arts School
They will be on the gates welcoming all to our market and shaking the bucket so please help support their valuable cause and give where you can.

STALLHOLDER PROCEDURES
Please click here to read all about our daily market procedures.
AND please read and agreed to our TERMS & CONDITIONS so you know what to expect while attending our market.
Following our instructions and T&Cs, communicating clearly/promptly and being respectful is appreciated and valued at our market. Your positive, friendly attitude has a flow on affect to those around you and makes for a harmonious and productive day. It certainly helps if you spruce up your stall and engage with visitors as they walk through, rather than sit back in your stall waiting for them to arrive. We want you to have the best time and if you don’t, we want to hear about it. All feedback is welcome and will be dealt with fairly and respectfully.
At Bellingen Market we welcome and support cultural diversity as we believe it enriches our town and market and hope you agree! Thought you may like to hear this very old and relevant song from the 60’s. Click on following link https://youtu.be/4HHT_V294Co
